# Privacy policy

*Information pursuant to § 13 TMG (Telemediengesetz)*

## General information

The protection and confidentiality of personal data are particularly important to me. I collect and use personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions, namely applicable German and European data protection law. With this privacy policy, I inform website visitors about the personal data I collect, the purposes for which I will use it and the choices website visitors have regarding their personal data.

I have taken organizational, contractual and technical security measures to ensure compliance with data protection legislation and to prevent accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Nevertheless, complete security for data transmission over the Internet is not possible.

## Access data

I collect data about every access to this website in my server log files. The access data includes the name of the web page requested, the file, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, the browser type and version, the website visitor's operating system, the referrer URL (the previously visited page) and the requesting provider.

In accordance with the legal provisions, I use the log data without linking it to the identity of the website visitor or otherwise creating profiles, and only for statistical analysis for the purposes of operating, securing and optimizing the website. However, I reserve the right to review the log data retrospectively if specific indications give rise to a reasonable suspicion of unlawful use.

I store IP addresses in log files for a limited period if this is required for security purposes or necessary to provide the service, or if there is a specific suspicion of a criminal offence connected with the use of the website.

## Basic data

I store and use additional personal data only if you provide this information voluntarily, for example when you contact me. Where you have provided me with personal data, I use it only to answer your enquiries, perform contracts concluded with you and carry out technical administration.

## Consent and withdrawal

Where I use data for a purpose that requires the website visitor's consent under the legal provisions, I will always ask for their explicit consent and record it. Website visitors can withdraw consent they have given at any time.

## Access, correction and deletion of data

Where I no longer need personal data or must retain it due to legal obligations, it will be deleted. Website visitors have the right at any time to request information free of charge about the origin of their personal data and the nature and extent of its storage and use. Website visitors can request the correction of their data and, if its storage is unlawful or no longer necessary, its deletion.
