# Project Enquiries

## General Principles

Some projects are not eligible for collaboration:

- I only accept project enquiries from end clients or intermediaries commissioned directly by the end client.
- I am not interested in projects involving employee leasing (ANÜ).The issue of false self-employment does not apply in my case.
- I enter into service contracts only, not contracts for work.
- I do not respond to project enquiries unrelated to my areas of expertise.
- As a rule, I work four days a week.
- I prefer to work remotely.

## Enquiries

Please include at least the following information in your project enquiry:

- Description of the work
- Project period and workload
- Working hours (working days per week and working hours per day)
- Industry and, if possible, company
- Client's maximum daily rate
- Intermediary's commission

## Terms

The contractual relationship must include at least the following terms:

- Payment terms must ensure that payment for a service period is received no later than the last day of the following month.
