# Project work

I support projects through planning, concept development and practical implementation. A clear objective, an agreed scope and an understanding of the decisions ahead provide the starting point. Business requirements and technical options are considered together so that an initial idea becomes a manageable project.

Project management includes dividing the work, agreeing responsibilities and keeping track of dates, dependencies and risks. I help bring together information from the business teams and IT. A useful project status explains what has been achieved, which questions remain open and where a decision is needed.

Concept development and coaching complement this work. Together with the people responsible, I can help clarify requirements, discuss ways of working and prepare the next steps.
